I have access to a private gym and take advantage of it
every morning at 5:00 am. But today I slept in and went later.... when the sun was actually shining. The DVD that I worked out with today was "Look Better Naked – Strength. I rotate between Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Jackie Warner's Personal Training with Jackie, Shape's Get Lean in 4 Weeks and Ultimate Bikini Body, and I have just added Look Better Naked and Elle's Yoga.
